Elyte Fleet provides coordinated member experiences designed to support timing, presence, planning, and follow-through for specific situations. Services may include scheduling assistance, logistical coordination, waiting or accompaniment, on-site presence, and related support necessary to carry out a coordinated experience.
All services are member-only, provided by request, and subject to individual review.
Members engage Elyte Fleet for coordination and presence, not for individual tasks or transactions. Each request is evaluated holistically, and the scope of support is determined based on context, feasibility, and alignment with Elyte Fleet’s service model.
Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
In some situations, movement between locations may be included as a complimentary and incidental component of a coordinated member experience.
Members acknowledge that:
Elyte Fleet reserves the right to decline, limit, or modify any movement involvement at its sole discretion.
Elyte Fleet does not operate as a transportation provider, rideshare service, chauffeur service, or passenger carrier.
No portion of a member’s engagement, fee, or payment is made in exchange for passenger transportation, mileage, trip duration, or destination. Any movement that occurs is incidental to coordination and presence and should not be construed as transportation for hire.
All coordination requests are reviewed individually. Elyte Fleet may approve, decline, or adjust any request based on availability, scope, safety considerations, or alignment with the nature of its services.
Elyte Fleet retains full discretion over how coordination is delivered and is not obligated to fulfill requests that fall outside its service model.
Services are offered exclusively to approved members. Elyte Fleet does not provide services to the general public and does not accept anonymous, walk-up, or on-demand requests.
Membership does not guarantee availability or fulfillment of any specific request.
Members agree to act respectfully, lawfully, and cooperatively during any coordinated experience.
Elyte Fleet may suspend or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or materially different from what was disclosed in the request.
Elyte Fleet does not provide medical services, legal services, security services, emergency response, or licensed professional services of any kind. Coordination support is non-clinical and non-emergency.
Fees, when applicable, relate to coordination, presence, time, and complexity, not to movement, distance, or transportation.
Payment terms, invoicing, and timing will be communicated separately and may vary by request.
Member information and request details are handled discreetly and used solely for coordination and operational purposes, in accordance with Elyte Fleet’s privacy practices.
By submitting a coordination request or participating in any Elyte Fleet experience, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Member Terms & Acknowledgment.
