  • This Membership Agreement is between Lifeline Safety First LLC, doing business as (“d/b/a”) Elyte Fleet (“Elyte Fleet”), and the approved member (“Member”).

    Membership in Elyte Fleet is private, invitation-only, and non-transferable. By requesting or accepting membership, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Membership Eligibility

    Membership is approved at Elyte Fleet’s discretion based on identity verification, referral information, availability, and community fit.

    2. Membership Conduct

    Members agree to:

    • Treat drivers, vehicles, and staff with respect

    • Communicate clearly when requesting concierge experiences

    • Maintain updated contact information

    • Follow safety guidance provided by Elyte Fleet

    Membership may be paused or revoked for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

    3. Concierge Experiences

    Concierge experiences may include local coordination, personalized assistance, and courtesy travel. Availability is prioritized for active members in good standing.

    4. Fees & Charges

    Members may be charged:

    • Concierge experience fees

    • Premium or priority fees

    • Travel-day or extended service fees

    • Cancellation fees (if applicable)

    All fees are disclosed before confirming a concierge experience.

    5. Payments

    Payments must be completed via approved payment methods (e.g., Square links).

    Non-payment may result in suspension of membership privileges.

    6. Privacy & Data

    Members agree to the Privacy Policy regarding data use and communication.

    7. Membership Changes

    Elyte Fleet may update membership terms as needed. Members will be notified when changes occur.

    8. Membership Termination

    Elyte Fleet may suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for reasons including:

    • Abuse of the concierge service

    • Non-payment

    • Fraudulent behavior

    • Safety concerns

    Members may also request to end their membership at any time.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Elyte Fleet is not liable for incidental delays, events outside our control, or actions taken to protect member, driver, or community safety.

    By participating in concierge experiences through Elyte Fleet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Voluntary Participation

    All concierge experiences—including courtesy travel—are voluntary interactions between the member and Elyte Fleet.

    2. Assumption of Risk

    Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including:

    • Entering or exiting the vehicle

    • Movement during travel

    • Road conditions

    • Weather

    • Third-party actions

    3. Release of Liability

    Members release Elyte Fleet, its owners, drivers, and affiliates from liability for:

    • Injuries

    • Delays

    • Property loss

    • Incidents occurring during travel

    • Events outside our control

    4. Safety Requirements

    Members agree to follow all safety instructions, including seatbelt use.

    5. Personal Belongings

    Elyte Fleet is not responsible for lost, left-behind, or damaged personal items.

    6. Emergency Situations

    Drivers may modify or pause services due to safety concerns, emergencies, or conditions that place any party at risk.
